Call us immediately if you have used our money transfer service and suspect that the transaction was fraudulent. Tell us what happened. We want to help you - but we can only do that if you contact us. It's very simple - our free hotline in Germany: 0800 4044014 (Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

If the transfer has not been paid for, we can cancel the transaction and refund your money.

If the transfer has already been paid for and you want to inform Western Union of your situation, you can report the scam at0800 4044014 or report to our fraud department online using the fraud report form. Based on the incidents reported, we can better detect fraud and better protect you and others from fraud in the future.
